I think it's safe to say that WE LOVE SMOOTHIES here at Pageantology!
They're probably my favorite thing to make because my smoothies are easy and jam-packed with vitamins, enzymes and nutrients that my body needs to thrive so I know I'm having something healthy. And it tastes insanely good! One of the best things about our smoothies is that they never have dairy which is mucus forming in the human body...yuk! Ever notice how phlegmy you get after having ice cream or a latte? That's the dairy that does that. We're trying to keep you lean and mean so rest assured that our recipes will come phlegm-free.
Ok, back to the smoothie, here's the recipe friends:
1 ripe banana
1 cup fresh pineapple (without the core)
1 cup of fresh strawberries
handful of fresh red cherries
1-2 cups of almond milk (depends on how thick you like your smoothies)
Cut the pits out of the cherries and put everything in a high-speed blender adding the almond milk as you go. If you prefer a thick smoothie, don't add all the almond milk. You may even want to add another banana if you like it SUPER thick like me : )
