Some nights, I really want something sweet and delicious while I sit on the couch and watch my favorite shows. Unfortunately, this is the WORST time to break out the ice cream and other gooey 'frenemies.' I read about this super yummy treat years ago and it has been my 'go-to' for a sweet snack ever since!
- One Banana
- almond milk (between half a cup and a full cup)
- cinnamon (as much or little as you like)
Yup! That's it! Not only is it delicious, it is incredibly simple and easy to make!
Instructions: Blend all ingredients together! For a thicker consistency, add less almond milk (maybe half a cup?).
