Miss USA 2015 Recap

CONGRATS TO OUR PAGEANTOLOGY GIRL, OLIVIA JORDAN ON CAPTURING THE TITLE OF MISS USA 2015 LAST NIGHT!!!

Olivia is not just gorgeous but one of the most humble, authentic and loving young women we've had the pleasure of working with. It's been an honor to be on this journey with her since the very beginning, helping her prepare for both the Miss OK USA and Miss USA pageants, and we can't wait to continue as she prepares to represent our country at the Miss Universe pageant!

*Fun Fact: Olivia competed in the Miss World 2013 pageant, representing the United States. Miss World and Miss Universe are the largest pageants for women worldwide and I believe she'll be the only woman to have competed in both after the upcoming Miss Universe pageant. Cool ey?!

Once they get to know her, we're sure the world is going to fall in love with our new Miss USA! She's simply the loveliest and as a Boston University grad, she's very intelligent as well. She NAILED both of her on-stage questions last night because she prepared hard. We discussed every topic that was asked in the top 5 questions with all the girls we helped prepare this year and can tell you that any of our Pageantology girls would have answered well. They were simply ready.

The world is going to fall in love with our new Miss USA!

Shandi and I always do our research on all the hot topics in our country prior to each session with our clients so that they are 100% prepared for anything that comes their way. Because we had several sessions with Olivia (and Emma Wo, Miss HI USA too!), we were able to discuss these topics at length so that her thoughts on the subject were clear to her. This clarity certainly helped her articulate her thoughts to the judges last night! She was the most well spoken girl up there! You see, when you prepare for something as hard as Olivia did, and you work on self-improvement, you have the utmost confidence in your abilities on 'game day'. Preparation is the key to confidence!

We couldn't be prouder of Olivia. She worked so hard to get to the Miss USA stage, believed in herself and, most importantly, showed that being prepared to answer tough questions will get you that crown. You need to be authentic and articulate to win ladies!

So proud of our Miss USA 2015 Pageantology Girls! Sara Weishuhn (SC), Olivia Jordan (OK), Julia Dalton (NC), Courtney Byrd (MS), Natasha Martinez (CA), Emma Wo (HI), Heather Elwell (ME) and Polikseni Manxhari (MA).

We want to give a shout out to the stunning Emma Wo (Miss HI USA) on making the top 10! Emma is another brilliant young woman who's been a client of ours prior to winning her state title. Emma's an entrepreneur and speaks so eloquently. She's another hard-working gal that would have also nailed her final questions had she made it into the top 5. We love you Emma and hope that you are proud of what you've accomplished for yourself, your family and the beautiful state of Hawaii!

Preparation is the key to confidence!

As promised, here are our thoughts on this year's production of the Miss USA pageant and our thoughts on the contestants. Enjoy and let us know what you think!

PS. we taped this from wine country in CA where Shandi got hitched last saturday! It was an amazing day and Shandi was the most beautiful bride ever! I'm sure she will post some pics and tell you all about it soon!
