Chia seed pudding is one of our favorite foods on the planet because these tiny little seeds, which come from a plant native to South America, are packed with antioxidants, fiber, protein and have more Omega-3's than salmon! True story amigos!
The best part? Chia seed pudding is SUPER easy to make, so for this week's vlog, I decided to share my recipe for chocolate flavored chia seed pudding. My favorite way to eat this pudding is with So Delicious Coconut Vanilla yogurt--it's dairy-free and available at most grocery stores, yay!
